These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using this website, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Payment Notice: In accordance with Victorian government laws regarding scrap metal and vehicle recycling, we do not pay cash for vehicles. All payments are made via online bank transfer (OSKO/PayID) or cheque. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material contained on this website are owned by Victoria Used Parts. You may access, download, or copy material for personal non-commercial use only. You must not use this website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability.

Parts Department Terms & Warranty

This section constitutes an agreement between the customer and Victoria Used Parts regarding the purchase of used auto parts.

1. Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty: 3 Months (Parts Only) unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

Warranty covers the engine block, cylinder head, and internal components (for engines) and the case and internal components (for transmissions). Warranty is void if the assembly is dismantled.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Please ensure you have ordered the correct part for your vehicle make and model.

Restocking Fee: If a return is approved at our discretion, a 20% restocking fee applies. Parts must be returned in the same condition as sold.

Defective Parts: If a part is faulty within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Please retain your invoice. No warranty claims will be processed without a valid tax invoice.
